Step 1: Lift 1 strip off of the double sided 3M tape.
Step 2: Attach the strip to a crystal tile.
Step 3: Remove backing of tape.
Step 4: Grab 3-7 lashes of your choice of thickness (.03, .05, or .07)
Step 5: Gently press the base on the sticky tape for your fan to open up.
