Shipping & Return Policies
All Orders otherwise specified are mailed through Express Post by Canada Post you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number once the order has been shipped out.
Please allow 2-3 days handling time on top of delivery. Shipments may require a signature or ID upon delivery.
Contact Canada Post directly once you have received your tracking number, for inquiries regarding delivery status, or special requests.

Due to the nature of the products being shipped, we are unable to accept returns.
Paying for Shipping & Restocking
If you choose at checkout not to pay for shipping (Pick-up option) and your order requires shipping to be paid for, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, if you choose to cancel these orders. All cancelled orders also require 25% restocking fee.
